Whitebox Update





Added the various miscellaneous assets I made this week to the whitebox. Needed to widen the interior a bit to fit in the wall segments so it didn't feel so cramped.




The highlighted assets on the screenshots above are a placeholder for a staircase leading to the walkways. I don't really like them there as they seem to be in the way of the Concorde's wings and thought of removing them all together. Instead I could have ladder or have a stairwell just outside the hanger similar to that found in Duxford.

In removing the current staircase will allow room for more elaborate scaffolding support parts underneath the walkway so it seems likely that I will remove them.
Another thing to note: I don't understand how the player character is 96 Unreal Units/192 cm high. The screenshot above is of the a shipping container which are about 3.5m high. Something is clearly not right, I really want keep things in proper scale but with the player being almost 2.5m tall when it should be 1.9m I might have to exaggerate the size of everything considerably just so the player doesn't feel like a giant.
