Progress So Far...

Several updates since the last blog post. Most of the texturing for the Concorde is done using a 2048x2048, though lot more work is needed for the landing-gear bay since it's looking very empty. Did a little work with the shaders in UDK to give the Concorde a reflective look however...


I can't quite get the shader to affect select parts of the Concorde so everything is reflective, as you can see on the on the screencap above. Another thing the application of the shader has shown...
Around the engine bay the reflections are looking very wonky indicating that the the geometry isn't quite right. As far as I can tell it's only the engine bay with the weird geometry so it shouldn't take long to fix in MAX.





More additions to the level include small marker lights, a ceiling catwalk and the gate.
